Do you have a story to share?
Some stories stay with us.
They’re shaped by place, by experience, by moments that changed how we see the world — even if no one else noticed at the time. Not every story is dramatic or finished. Some are quiet. Some are unresolved. Some are simply waiting for the right space.
This project exists for those stories.
What kind of stories we’re open to
We’re interested in lived experience — stories shaped by real life, not performance.
This might include:
experiences tied to a place or landscape
moments of loss, survival, change, or reflection
stories shaped by injustice, silence, or being overlooked
personal experiences that feel meaningful, even if they don’t fit a neat narrative
wisdom gained through living, not expertise or status
You don’t need to be a “good storyteller”.
You don’t need a platform or a following.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
What this space is — and what it isn’t
This is a space built on care.
We approach every story collaboratively, with respect for boundaries, timing, and wellbeing. There is no expectation to relive trauma, provide resolution, or share anything you’re not comfortable with.
This is not:
a casting call
a search for shock or spectacle
a space for hate, harm, or exploitation
It is:
a conversation
a listening space
a place where stories are held thoughtfully
How it works
If you’re interested in sharing your story, the first step is simply to reach out.
From there:
we’ll have an initial conversation (no pressure, no obligation)
we’ll talk through what sharing might look like, or if it feels right at all
consent, boundaries, and care guide every step
you always have the option to pause, change your mind, or step away
Nothing is recorded or shared without clear agreement.
A note on care and wellbeing
We recognise that telling stories can be emotional, complex, and sometimes heavy.
We do not rush stories.
We do not push for disclosure.
We do not tell stories about people without care for the people themselves.
If at any point something doesn’t feel right, we stop.
If you’re wondering whether your story belongs here...
That wondering is often the beginning.
If something in this project resonates — if you’ve felt seen by the way stories are held — you’re welcome to get in touch, even if you’re unsure.
