Shannon is a storyteller who, with Megan’s encouragement, has finally stopped quieting her voice. Grounded in compassion and insatiable curiosity, her perspective is shaped by lived experience, her own mental health journey, and a deep passion for suicide prevention advocacy. This foundation allows her to enter the darkest stories with care, nuance, and without judgment.

At heart, Shannon is a traveller and quiet adventure seeker. Much of her work has grown from time spent moving through landscapes—camping, wandering, and returning to places that hold more than just beauty. For her, exploration has never been about ticking off destinations, but about listening for the lessons embedded in place: what happened there, who was shaped by it, and what still lingers beneath the surface.

Her storytelling is deeply connected to the natural world. Shannon finds meaning in forests, rivers, and remote edges of the Australian landscape that quietly mirror the complexity of the human experience. Beyond her work in production, Megan is also an educator and inspiring coach, respected for her ability to support others with clarity, encouragement, and perspective. This sensibility grounds every aspect of the show.
